I'm Jason and I love teaching mathematics and computer science! It gives me the opportunity to impact students lives and at the same time work with the subject matter that I am passionate about.
I have been teaching for over two decades and couldn't be more satisfied. If I could pick any school to teach at I would choose Clovis High School. I am so grateful for my job 🙂.
I currently teach math and computer science. I am the Math team advisor. I develped and maintained the Clovis Unified math website.
I taught the Early Start Mathematics class to incoming college freshman.
I taught AP Statistics, precalculus, trigonometry, and more. I led professional development using Japanese Lesson Study. I incorporated technology in mathematics through an HP grant.
I led sessions at the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, California Mathematics Council and at Fresno State, teaching mathematics teachers how to use graphing calculators effectively in mathematics teaching.
I provided students from elementary school to college with one-on-one help on mathematics homework over the phone and on television.
